Offering Training Directors, administration staff, and instructors updated information on the LMS and Blended Learning is a top priority.  To try and provide as much help as possible, documentation and videos, Knowledge Base items, FAQs –  with answers, Newsletters, and Blog posts have been and continue to be created, published and loaded for user access.  If you were not aware of this information, here are some important items to help empower your classroom training.

The LMS Support website is accessible from every page of the LMS for all users.  It contains a list of Frequently Asked Questions with answers.  It also contains a Knowledge Base designed to offer immediate access to helpful solutions for all users; Students, Instructors, Assistant Training Directors and Training Directors.  Click on the image to access info on nearly every bullet point above.  They can be resolved by reviewing all of the available content accessible within the Support site.

The LMS Instructor Course is the introductory resource for all JATC Instructors, Training Directors, and Training Director Assistants to learn how to use the Blended Learning Management System (LMS) in a blended classroom.  Click on the image to access the course. This njatc.tv site includes many videos that clearly display the concepts of the use and creation of an Active Classroom and implementation of Blended Learning (which is really a method of delivering training….)  While updates to the system continue, all updates are founded on these concepts.  It is often a request for Instructor training on the use of the LMS.  These videos along with the above course speak to the “What, Why and How” of Blended Learning.  Click on the image to scroll through and review these important videos talking about how to create an Active Classroom environment where the student is the focus, the instructor is the facilitator, and the LMS is the tool.
