A new feature released recently allows the Training Director to offer a do-over of a lesson, as long as the lesson quiz was submitted within 30 days of the use of the feature.
While students may attempt the homework lesson quizzes as many times as they desire, or are instructed, the first attempt score is the only score included in the powerful custom reports for the Course Averages. This new feature will allow the Training (or Assistant Training) Director to reset the lesson to give the student a second chance at a first attempt score.
