Are the reports looking a little weird? Well, we’ve been hard at work adding new functionality to the reports and because of that you may need to tell your browser to wipe out it’s memory (aka cache) of what the reports used to look like.  Read on to learn how.

Here’s how to use the “hard refresh” command on your internet browser:

  1. On a Windows PC: When you are logged into the LMS in your browser press Ctrl-F5 (hold down the “Ctrl” key and then, while still holding it, press the “F5” key on your computer’s keyboard). You should see your browser screen refresh.
  2. On a Mac: When you are logged into the LMS in your browser press Command-R (hold down the “Command” key and then, while still holding it, press the “R” key on your computer’s keyboard). You should see your browser screen refresh.

A hard refresh tells the browser to do a complete refresh, flushing out everything it’s got and getting new copies from the web service. It’s a useful command whenever you think a website is not displaying correctly.
