Capturing learner course completion status and managing their course grades are now included as part of the Training Management System feature set. This new tool allows you to manage documenting course completion in the same manner that the course enrollments were made. This powerful tool pulls in LMS coursework progress and the online Test Assessment scores (where the online feature is being used) directly into your view for use in documenting the completion. Since this information is already stored in the system, the process for determining completion is a snap and allows you to later pull reports and learner transcripts.
Don’t worry if you are not yet using the online assessment system, you can still enter scores as easily as one would on a spreadsheet.
From individual course completion reporting to multiple people with multiple courses, the new system offers full documentation of overall course completion well beyond the individual coursework reporting on the LMS or the individual test scores in the online assessment tool (Test Generator). This system is designed to be used following your learners completion of a course and will pull all of the coursework, test scores and practical evaluations (ie. Active learning activity, LAB, Hands-On Performance Eval or other) into a single interactive view.

- Be sure to also download the transcript of the video (from within the TMS video review) for information on other functionality beyond the basic use of the tool. At the end of the doc are some bullet points as to what else may done that was not in the video.
- What is currently tracked through the Core Portal Tracking System may now all be handled from the same system the training is managed, the TMS. – The info already in that system will be migrated to this same area in time.

More output from this new feature is also in the works. User access to their transcripts is coming and with it will also include the ability for the user to upload completions
that were made from outside of the system. An example might be a permit or license or another qualification or certification. Look for info on that in the next few months
